After made some research, i'm still blur and doubt if I pick the suitable parts for my processor.

Processor: I5-6500 3.2Ghz Quad Core Processor

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-B150m-DS3H

Graphic Card: EvGa 04g-P4-3748-KR [GeForce GT740]

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black [DDR4-2133] [288-pin DIMM] [8gb]

Power Supply: EVGA [500W] 80+Certified ATX power supply

please give some opinion, my budget is around (480USD-500USD) A million thanks in advance.

The CPU and motherboard are not made to be overclocked, no need for a different power supply. Video card does need to be changed though, that is a weak card for a gaming system. For a better card for around $100 US, Radeon R7 360 or R7 370 or nVidia 750 Ti. The other cards listed are good but are double or more the price of the 740.

You would want a good match to that CPU, so about a $100-$150 card is where you want to be at, not a lower end one like the 740. If you can afford it, a $200 card like the GTX 960 will still be fine with the CPU. nVidia cards are a bit more cost for the speed but run on less power.

Like the dude below said, go for z170, maybe get an 650W supply ( I think it's more than enough, so you can have some extra if you decide ot overclock), and if you have money, go for the beast r9 390. It's probably gonna destroy nvidia when directx12 arrives. But if you are looking to save some money, ryan said it well, go for 380x if you want.
