My PC configuration:
Mobo: MSI Gaming 3 H97
CPU: I7-4790k
Ram: 2x4GB CL9 1600MHZ + 2x8GB CL9 1600MHZ (Corsair - 9,9,9,24, both)

I would like to know if you have any problems mixing these memories to 24GB. How should I do this? In each dual channel can I put 2x4GB and 2x8GB or 2x (+ 4gb 8gb)?

And I wonder how to make my memory work in 1600, the "command center" of the msi says they operate at 1333mhz, to operate at 1600 is not OC, my motherboard supports and memories as well as I do that?

Solution
I'd start with the 2x8GB in slots 1-3, go into BIOS enable XMP, select profile 1, raise the DRAM voltage to 1.55, save, exit, shutdown and add the other sticks in 2-4 and see what happens. No guarantees on mixing sets of DRAM, so let us know what happens, might need to try adding voltage to the MC (memory controller) or even changing timings
