SSD RAID troubles after switching to new bay

I recently received a new hard drive bay so I could dual mount both of my EVO 850 SSDs in the bay together. They were previously in a RAID0 configuration together, yet when I switched them to the new bay and booted, my computer boots into recovery mode. When I tried to wipe the drives and files through system recovery it stops halfway through and says it was unable to be completed because the data may be corrupted. So I went into the RAID configuration options and it still says that the RAID between the drives is functional. I'm not sure how to fix the drive issue and im hoping I can get the drives reformatted and my PC up soon.
