Can these parts run most newer games MAX settings at 60fps?

someone recommended them to me. basically i want it for gaming and i was thinking of getting into game design. i want something that can run games such as fallout 4, battlefront, GTA max settings with at least 60fps.

my budget was $1,500 but i could probably afford to go a little over that if a part or two will give me better performance.

also how difficult would it be to put together for someone who's never done it before? thanks.

Since it's in Australian currency the prices threw me off a bit. The CPU and video card are not high end enough to play demanding games at max settings at 60fps steady. Depends on the resolution though.

If you are going into design, you need a better system...

About pc: First i highly recommend you to buy the components individually, i'm sure you will get a better deal, (i'm sure the micro & ram you can get it cheaper than your link)

About building, well, isn't hard, there is a bunch of youtube videos doing it (In my personal experiences, i used LinusTech's videos), For me , the hardest thing was connecting the front panel case cables to the motherboard, everything else was 'easy' (You can see instructions in the motherboard's guide)

If you are going into design, you need a better system since you will need to test things on high resolutions also, for that you need a very fast system. For testing you would actually need several systems, AMD, Intel, nVidia, AMD video cards, etc... to find any bugs. While mostly fully compatible, there are some differences in the different brands and models of video cards in CPUs. You may write something that runs fine on an Intel i3 but runs very slow on an FX-6300 because you used some function only the Intel chip has.
