mouse not working

I have a Roccat Kone + and yesterday it was working.However now when i turned on my pc it just starting changing colors randomly (previously it stayed on blue) and none of the buttons work and for some reason the sensitivity is very low.

any help would be great. Thanks

Good connection - tight & snug?

Have you tried another USB port?

1) Check the existing mouse configuration settings via Control Panel.

2) Reinstall the mouse drivers.

3) Test the mouse on another computer.

hello,
thanks for replying. the usb is tight enough and i have reinstalled the drivers.i havent tried it on another pc but what exactly should i look for in the mouse configuration?

I was thinking in terms of any user figurable configurations/calibrations. Maybe some default settings that reset.

E.g., (from the website):
