How can I possibly connect my 4 fans which have a 3 male pins connections also my PSU being Corsair VS450 and it has 2 pins for floppy which doesn't fit inside that fan pins as they seem to be of the same size if my fans had two then yeah I guess it would have fitted in.....I have search the entire net and I couldn't find an answer.

Mobo is occupied with other fan and I have 4 fans resting.....so how I connect them plz help me guys

Solution
Does not compute.
Fans usually have female (holes) plugs, either 3 or 4 pin ones that should normally attach to connectors on motherboard. (which are male, pins standing up)
Some fans also supply molex (4 pins, old Hard disk drive/cd drive connector) male/female inbetween plug too.
Next to no fans support plugging into floppy drive power connector, which could work (it has ground and 12V) if the plug would match.

so.. You either have custom fan connectors or... something is wrong. Posting picture(s) of the connector could help us help you.
If you just need to plug them in, this adapter might help:

They would run only at full speed though, for speed control you would need...

Solution
If you have the know how, tools, and can get the parts you can make either a fan controller or fan adapter(s). Search "computer fan controller diy" or "computer fan adapter diy"

If not, the best way would be to purchase a fan controller. Search "computer fan controller".

Or you can just buy adapters that have no control and run at full speed all the time. Search "computer fan adapter".

The controllers enable you to set them up to control fan speeds as needed which can reduce the noise somewhat.

Tell us exactly what mobo you have, and what fans you are talking about. With that we can advise ways to power and control fans.

As little_me said, we suspect you have the genders confused. A normal "3-pin fan" has a connector on the end that is FEMALE with three holes, not pins. Is that what your fans have?
