I downloaded a game on a USB flash drive and when I open it, it says that it doesn't have admin rights or whatever. What are the command prompt commands to add admin rights to the USB flash drive?

Yup, HP laptop. I know I can fix this issue by downloading it on to the internal instead of and external drive. But im just trying to find the faster solution because if i do that i will have to move alot of stuff and it will take forever.

Apparently there is a program installed on HP's called "HP Device Manager". Removing the program seems to have fixed the issue for numerous people, with no known problems created as a result.

I haven't done this personally, so can't confirm, but hopefully that works for you.

How would i find and uninstall it? I can't find it. I don't see it, only a "HP Recovery Manager".

Looks like it's actually called "HP Device Access Manager", and may be part of HP Support Tools (you should be able to find it by exploring your C; drive)

Also, I did find a comment that if you can find "Device Access Manager" then there is a "device permission" option, where you need to change USB permissions to "allow full access" from the dropdown list.

Actually, I found a step-by-step (for Windows 7 at least):

1.Open Control Panel
2.Open System and Security
3.Open HP Client Security
4.In the third column, select device permissions.
5.There will be an icon titled "change" on the top right of the Access column, click it.
6.Click yes on the pop up window
7.On the access drop down menu adjacent to "Removable Storage (ex. USB drives)", click "allow - full access"

I got it to work, it was my anti virus, it was adding the file to the quarantined list. But after that it said "This app can't run on your pc". Should I downgrade to windows 7 or something lower, I currently have windows 10. If so which should I downgrade too.

Exactly what game and how did you copy it to the flash drive? From where?

It's called Grand Chase, downloaded it from the website. (grandchasereborn.com) I downloaded it on my computer then i saw i need more space so i got my flashdrive and installed it on there.

So you installed it there or downloaded it there? You don't really want to install a game on a flash drive, it will run slow unless it's on a USB 3 device. If you don't have space to download it, you likely won't have space to install it either to the computer. Free some space up.

If you can't run the setup on the system (not on the flashdrive) with the same error, check their support Forums http://grandchasereborn.com/forum/index.php?/forum/6-technical-questions-problems-bugs-content-errors/
