I am going to be building a WC loop but I am on a budget. It is very flexible, but I'd prefer not to go over 350$ or so. Again, it is not that strict.

I have tubing coolant, radiator, all the easy stuff picked out but I don't know what to get for the other stuff. For the CPU block I looked at the Swiftech Apogee XL, but it seems relatively expensive. Is it worth it? What are some good choices for me?

https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-kit-p240 would be my recommendation for now and then later on add a gpu block. but its 350 on the money.
for the money your getting quality kit. including the d5 pump which is well regarded by water cooling enthusiasts.

you can add a water block for as little as 30 bux if your in a hurry or spend as much as you want in a few weeks when you have more scratch...
if you want to go cheaper the all in 1 solutions may be a way to go. as there next step down in product range doesnt have the d5 but is over 100 cheaper.

I'd prefer to buy all of the parts. Again, I'm mainly looking for budget parts without sacrificing performance. I just need pump, cpu and gpu blocks and reservoir. How low can I go without sacrificing performance or lifetime/reliability?
