i can´t play any modern games in this pc due to massive stuttering

If BF4 is one of the games you are having trouble with, go into the nvidia control panel and set "maximum pre-rendered frames" to one(default is "use the 3d application setting"). Some people have had luck with other settings but the general consensus seems to be 1. This made a big difference for me. If not BF4 it's worth a try if it's an option for your other games.
