$180 for any of those will end up costing you $500 minimum.
OS, drives, probably replace a crappy PSU, etc, etc.

As said...unless you really know what you're doing, a used PC from craigslist is quite often a money hole.

For instance:
What PSU?
How...

Go here:

https://pcpartpicker.com/

Pick the corresponding parts and "build" a matching computer.

That should give you some idea of the pricing.....

But still be very careful and be sure you can trust the seller you are buying from - especially if the seller's prices are much lower.

Major red flag here.
Buying a used PC can be good, or can be very bad.

If you don't know how and to test, you have no idea of what you are getting.
Either take a knowledgeable friend, or buy new.

And of those 3, there is not nearly enough info to suggest a value...or good or bad PC.

Thank you for your response, I completely respect what you're saying.

I just thought it was a pretty good deal considering he's selling these computers at around $180 each. I should probably ask him the specific model #'s for gpu/psu/ssd. He shows pictures and from what i see i think these computers were used for commercial use. Also kinda odd it has no hdd besides the ssd's.

In order to test wouldn't I need to verify hardware info on the system then stress test the components?

How has that 60GB SSD been treated? How much life left?
What RAM make/model?
OS $$, unless you want to use Linux.
etc, etc.

Unless you have a friend who actually knows what they are doing, AND you/he can actually power up the systems and test before money changes hands, AND you are prepared for the extra expense....I'd steer clear if I were you.
