Nice and easy answer. download "fing" on android or apple for free and run a scan (as long as your phone is on your wifi). It tells you all items attached and then even lets you do some more advanced stuff if wanted.

The management pages on your router should have a list of connections that will include at least the assigned IPs and th associated MAC Address. Log in and look around for it. It may also tell you the name the device presents to the network, which may or may not be helpful.

To stop unauthorized WiFi access, change the password to one no one will guess. That is the only way to permanently secure the network.

You really should never have some unknown person on your network if you use proper passwords....and make sure you disable WPS. Still any router that can drop a user will have a panel that displays them. Not all routers have this feature. As indicated you can scan for them but you have no way to disconnect them if the router does not have that feature.

Bill is correct that you can't easily disconnect them but it is possible with almost every router with even basic knowledge to ban them. However that said the easiest way is just to change the wifi password and reboot which will disconnect all clients that dont have the new password forever.

I agree that it is not always easy to disconnect devices, but I wish it were. In my case it is not that someone unknown has connected, it is my own devices. I have 3 android devices that show up twice because at one time they were connected to my main router, now I have them connected to my range extender. Same with 2 IP cameras, except there are 3 instances of each, 1 to each wifi device and 1 when they were connected via ethernet cable for initial configuration. Plus some friend's devices when I was working on their computer and laptop.

But if I recall, if a device hasn't been connected in a long time, they seem to eventually drop off the list.

This is going right off topic now. The OP wanted to know who was connected and if there is a possibility to Disconnect them if there was any unauthorized.

The simple answer is as above with either Woodson or my suggestions. Now while I appreciate that Bill has some scripts downloaded that deauth you on wifi they would only be temporary and Mjs has a network that has may routing table hosts - none of them stop you disconnecting all unauthorized users by simply changing the wifi password. And for good measure reboot!.
