CPU Temperature Concern

I recently put together a new desktop and want to check with everyone to make sure that these results are normal. My CPU is running at 40-45 Celsius (105 degrees) and Iv'e read in a few places that might be high. Thoughts on this? This is my first custom build so I apologize in advance for any dumb questions.

Overall looks OK, what the ambient (room) temp? Looks like idle ave about 37 load around 50ish. What CPU and is it a stock cooler or 3rd party?

MB: Z170-E Asus
CPU: i5-6600K (LGA1151) W/ Coolmaster heat-sink

A little warmer than I would like but fine for these, if room temp not a problem, could try reapplying the the thermal compound between CPU and cooler, but at this point I don't think I would worry
