OK just checked the woot.com claims to be
Operating System:
Genuine Windows 10 Professional (64-bit)

The easy way to find out if your running 32-bit or 64-bit is to open my computer and type C:\ into the location bar across the top. If there's only one Program Files folder, then it's 32-bit; if there's a Program Files folder and a Program Files (x86) folder, then it's 64-bit and will be able to use all eight gigs of RAM. It needs a single 8GB stick of DDR3 1600MHz, and you'll need to make sure that it's a SODIMM and not just a DIMM or else it won't fit in the laptop.
