Hey guys,

So before I installed my Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K on my the PCI-e of my motherboard, I already have a graphics card installed on it. So I just replaced my old graphics card with the Blackmagic IP4K. Now it's giving me an error on the Device Manager. I've already posted on the Blackmagic Forums. Someone told my that this may cause the conflict. My question is. How do I prioritize whats installed on my PCI-e slot.

Thanks

I think the old drivers for the old vid card are causing the conflict. Why don't you just install the new vid card in one of the other PCI-e slots, leaving the old vid card right where it is. Install the drivers for your new vid card. Once everything is A OK you can remove the old vid card next time you power down.

Actually both of my PCI-e slots are filled with graphics card. I took one and replace it with a blackmagic IP4K. Now, I just need to tell the other PCI-e slot to read the blackmagic device instead of the old graphics card.
