GTX 770 Poor Performance in The Witcher 3

Hello,

I have a i5 3570k @ 4 Ghz
Gtx 770
8 GB RAM
700W PSU

I get like 27 FPS in the `optimize` settings on GeForce Experience.

Even with the settings in LOW the FPS stays the same.

I have the latest drives and 1.04 update in game.

Yes.
I've turned off everything I could.
Everything is in LOW.
I even tried to downscale it to 720p.
I performed even worse, in the 22 FPS range.

If I remember correctly, there are two config screens, one is marked Graphics and the other is Postprocessing. Have you been in both and set everything to low? Have you made any manual changes to the Witcher config files? Do you have problems with other games? Have you checked your GPU temps to make sure your GTX 770 isn't overheating?
