Hello this my first first pc build and like everyone else,i dont want to screw it up.

Here's some parts;

MSI GTX970 GAMING 4G GDDR5 4GB 256Bit Nvidia GeForce

i5 6600k

Need some advice on motherboard i choose this;

GIGABYTE Z170X-Gaming 5 Intel Z170 Soket 1151 DDR4 3466MHz(OC) USB 3.1

Should i search for lower one ? or i dont know changing for something else.

That's the most i can do.I mean i cant choose other parts.I need everything(including monitor) except mouse and keyboard.

i can efford for 4000 TL and thats make like 1.400 dollars.

Edit:I dont want to overclock

Edit2 : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZggYVn What do you guys think about this ? Even if it says 'No issues/incompatibilities found' i dont know.will the parts will fit in the case ? and is that a good case ? Is there anything that will hold back the build i mean will i be able to close enough to Witcher 3 ULTRA ?
Thank you very much

The Gigabyte H170 is the pick of the bunch for a non-overclocking and single GPU PC. Out of the PSUs you've chosen, the Cooler Master is the better one.

A typical 1080p monitor will have a 60hz refresh rate and a response time between 1ms-5ms, depending on the panel type. IPS panels have much punchier colours but slower response times (which can result in ghosting), whereas TN panels have rather plain colours but faster response times. Personally, I'd take an IPS panel every time.
You only need the 6600K and Z170 motherboard if you're interested in overclocking. If you're hoping that overclocking will improve a game's frame rate or let you play at higher settings, you'll be disappointed. If you still want to overclock, that motherboard will do very nicely.

Do you have a complete list of components?

if your not going to over clock or run two gpu you can save some money drop down to a micro atx h170 micro atx and a lock i5 cpu. use the money for a ssd or better case or gpu. for the gpu if you can wait till june for the build buy the newer pascal gpu from nvidia.

Absolutely, put the money into a better GPU if gaming performance is what you want.

OP, here's a build using USD; http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Wt87kL. This comes in at $220 below your budget and allows for 1440p gaming. I've not included a case as that's chosen more on aesthetics than anything else.

Can you point us to any Turkish retailers? I'd prefer to use Lira.
