Just got the msi B85-G43, and my cpu fan from my last motherboard doesnt fit. would the "Raijintek Themis Black CPU Cooler" fit?. Sorry im new to this :)

Solution
The Raijintek Themis fits ALL of these sockets:

AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, FM1, FM2, FM2+, LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1155, LGA1156, LGA1366, LGA2011, LGA2011-3, LGA775

But I wouldn't honestly recommend it unless you have limited options. For a few bucks more, the Cryorig H7 is a much, much better option.

If you're running your system at stock clocks (Not overclocking) then a stock cooler might be fine. If you WANT a better cooler, I'd spring for the extra few bucks and go with the much better Cryorig unit.
