My Pc heats up faster since I upgraded my processor. .Because there's 3 fans in there, and i don't want my Pc sound like a plane engine...Should I move on to liquid cooling?...Ps: I on a budget here..

Solution
you need a good air cooler/ an liqwuid cooler is absolutly not needed.
cpu cooler: cryorig h7
system fans for 120mm: noctua nf12 pwm are really great silent fans

If your problem is that only the cpu rise in heat with time, then it's what the above poster said you, the Cpu cooler is not enought, if the problem is that the heat inside the case rises (you known it because all temp rise, Hd's ones, Gpus, Mb one...) then the problem is that you have not enought airflow.

Usually 3 fans are enought, what are the positions of the fans and the airflow direction?

Well...My pc actually have 2 fans...Sorry about that, my bad...One in the front and back and yes I do notice the temperature actually is about cpu rise in heat with time..About that airflow, its from the front where the 1st fan goes and ends the 2nd fan at the back...So, I guess I'll need to go both of your answers, I think??...

I'll show you my rig setup, I think this is important:-

Processor: AMD fx 8350 black edition
Graphic Card: Sapphire Dual-x R9 280
Motherboard: ASUS M5 A97 R2.0
Pc container box-thing: Cooler Master (how ironic) G-lite 311
