Upgrade options.
16 GB RAM and 1TB (I heard it's recommended)
ssd
quite processor.(important)

I GOT THIS list from the store-

On Board 10/100/1000

Power- Supply- Antec 400W BP400PX 1

I would like to ask you-

1. What do you think? what would you change ? maybe different companies?
I know I7 processor is considered the best, but for music production-
is there any better I5 model?
2. 400W Power- Supply- is it enough?
3. The video card is not is included - Is It Necessary?

thanks :)

Solution
I would at least get a decent graphics card, you want to use the i7, not an i5, and I would go with at least a 550 or 600w psu.

Some programs are gpu accelerated. If he is ONLY ever going to use a music program NOTHING else, than sure you don't need a graphics card. But that's not most people. He also stated he wanted a decent graphics card, did you ignore that?
