Frozen screen nothing

The box comes up for the licence and i click agree and when i go to click next its like the computer freezes i cant close i have to go to task manager to close. I cant go back or do anything when it gets to that screen

I have now downloaded the drivers off the net but my digital photo printer sony dpp fp30 will not print it accepts the paper but nothing is on the paper has a cartidge im lost on what i am doing wrong
