Hello,

I would like to upgrade my system with a discrete Graphics card, and I will use the Nvidia GTX750 GPU.
What I would like to ask is:
Which one should I choose? The Asus Gtx750TI: GTX750TI-PH-2GD5 which is at the factory clock rate of 1020 MHz, and doesn not require a 6-pin additional power supply connector?

Or the Gigabyte version of the GTX750TI: GV-N75TOC-2GI which requires the external power supply connector and is a bit overclocked to 1033MHz by default but has a much better cooling system?

My motherboard is Asus H97-plus and power supply is chieftec ctg-550

Which one would you recommend? I'm only planning to use light games and I won't be doing any overclocking.

Thanks.

Cooling ins't something that you need to worry about with a 750 Ti as it generates so little heat. The difference in clock speed is so marginal it's not worth considering.

Buy whichever card is cheaper.

Get the cheapest model you can find and don't bother with one's requiring a six pin power connector. A GTX 750 Ti only needs by Nvidia's design the power from the PCI-E slot. Adding a six pin power connector is unnecessary and I don't know why some companies did. I own an EVGA GTX 750 Ti SC. Its tiny, quiet and cool. Zotac also has some of the cheaper models.
