Can i use

on

(ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Fatal1ty 990FX Killer AM3+/AM3 AMD 990FX + AMD SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Gaming Motherboard)?

All I want is it to run 2133 if not will

For gaming just 8GB will work fine get 16GB and you will never need to add more, their 100% no reason to buy 32GB of memory for gaming or light video editing.
With the money you save upgrade to a i5 Intel processor.
The faster speed will really make no difference.

Would depend on the individual CPU, there are some 8350s and 8370s that can carry 32GB of 2400, more that can can 2133 (even some of the 6xxx (very few, but have come across a couple). Then too there 8370s and 8350s that labor with 32GB of 1866

Thanks everyone. Well I got a 8350 black 4.0 new for 60 bucks from a pc place in town. I'm trying to build something around it. I'd love to move to Intel i5 i7 but the cost are trew the roof. I don't care to run slower I just want to get as much as possible.i may go with 16 or stick with 32 I just want to know if I stick it in it will turn on. I can mess with it later.

Also I'm going liquid cooled cpu with a 998ti gpu. This is not my first build iv built a few it's just been about 8 or 9 years. So I'm out of the loop and rusty. Lol

Yep, by default the DRAM should boot to the mobos default of 1066 or 1333

Having 32BG of memory for a gaming PC is like buying 2 burgers at the store eating one and throwing the other in the trash.
Having massive overkill on the memory will do nothing for the performance.
