Computer keeps restarting after I shut it down.

recently built my gaming pc and after I shut it down, a couple of hours later I try to turn it on but it starts restarting in a loop. it turns on but then turns off and then on again. I never see anything on the monitor. Im really scared that I may cause damage because the way I have "fixed it is by turning it offf and then reseting the psu. what can I do?

I have two ram sticks 2x4Gb, I oc'd them to 3200 mhz but that's the amount advertised. Not sure if that is why. I'll set them back to default and try again.

CPU: i5-6600k 3.5ghz OC'd to 4.1Ghz at 1.3 Volts
MB: Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI
GPU: PowerColor R9 380 4gb vram
Ram: 2x4gb G.Skill DDR4 ram default is 2133 but advertised is 3200mhz
PSU: EVGA Supernova 650W 80+ gold

anything else needed?

Oh, I didn't know you were over clocking. But yes, start off by defaulting everything if you can.

Ok I updated my BIOS too and I did set everything to default. Just gonna wait and see if it happens again.
