i was benchmarking and trying to overcllock. i ran it with an overclock of 121 then it ran fine, then i ran it at 145 overclock and when i looked at msi afterburner it said power usage % 38294343 and gpu usage 8439489385935.. i turned it back down to factory and its normal now except the power % has been 99% and it went to 105 this last run of firestrike. help please

It is ok. There is always little bit of an error margin. Just an advice. When you overclock you should not jump but leap. 10% overclock is fine but when you are trying to push it harder you need better cooling...water loop preferably. Also VGA downshifts once the temps are too high so there is no point of pushing it too hard without adequate cooling.
