AMD Video Card Drivers not working

I installed the newest amd crimson 16.3 and a few hours after that when i tried to install a game it said dx9 not initialized i went to device manager and deleted radeon hd 8750m and 8650g and restarted pc...Yellow exclamination mark i still there and no graphics card in adapter tab when i open radeon it says drivers not installed properly or no driers i installed every driver and deleted all of them and again but nothing...And taskbar is white but before it was blue...

Not sure why you would delete the devices from device manager, that is a bad idea.

You should start over, run crimson and do an uninstall, then download and run DDU to clear it out. (if uninstall doesnt work run DDU anyway it will kill the remnants). Then reboot and re-install crimson.
