This is a laptop and the card is the amd dual graphics hd 6000 range (6520 i think)
Problem:
-At supposed random times the monitor goes completely black
-The monitor is still turned on, there is power going to it, it is simply displaying black
-I don't think this is really random as if I leave it alone for a while, it will run a few minutes before showing the error, but after the error has occured, it will happen much much more often to the point that if it just occured and i restart the computer, it may occur within 5 seconds.
I personally was thinking it is a heating problem more than software or driver related issue since this problem happens at any point, I tried changing the hard drives to boot something completely different and the same issue still occurs.
I cleaned out the laptop and there wasn't much dust. It still occurs with the laptop being clean.
Insight is greatly appreciated.
