imation Apollo m300.. how to disassemble this? i just need to fix this thing.. thanks

Solution
Like most pre-built external hard drives, the two halves of the enclosure are held together by hidden clips around the seam.
You have to prise the seam open until the clips "pop", working your way all around the seam with a thin bladed screwdriver.

A "no-screws" design like this saves on manufacturing & assembly costs (looks neater too).

On the M300, the seam is around the middle judging by pictures I've just looked at. You'll be lucky to get it open without breaking a couple of clips if you have little or no patience or don't use a suitable tool.
