Whenever I my gpu is active like playing a game, I hear a buzzing noise through my headset and not from the gpu so I don't think it's coil whine. I believe it's my gpu since I never had this problem before I upgraded.

Also, recently my youtube videos shows "error occurred please try again later" then after a while it works again.

Solution
The YouTube error is likely unrelated to the buzzing in your headset which is most likely because of the EMI being given off by your new GPU. The way to fix this is to get an audio card that has an EMI shield, like the PowerColor Devil HDX.

EMI stands for electro-magnetic interference.

What's the wattage of your new GPU? If you don't know, just give me the model and I'll find it.

Also, can you recommend me a sound card?

The PowerColor Devil HDX is the one I use for gaming and video/music editing, I really like it. Here's the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829834001&cm_re=powercolor_devil_hdx-_-29-834-001-_-Product and I've never had any of the driver problems they're talking about, nor have I had a problem with the card not being recognized, those may be build specific problems and not related to the card itself. The drivers for Windows 10 are not on the setup disk so don't even run it if you have 10. The drivers can be found here http://powercolor.com/us/products_SoundCard_features.asp?id=1#Specification although you may have to move over to the drivers tab, since it might open to the specs tab.

Remember that you should have your sound card and GPU as far away from eachother as possible to be sure this doesn´t happen with the new sound card.
