Bios not working

Hello guy im having trouble last night my pc was fine but I moved it some where else and then after I turn it on it give me a error which is: Please insert USB flash disk with BIOS file.. I need help

Open it up and clear CMOS.

If that doesn't work, find BIOS chip and hopefully it sits on removable socket, remove it and re-seat it firmly.

If that doesn't work download BIOS from Mobo vendor, stick in in a Flash and foliow Mobo's manual to flash BIOS.
