looking for new mother board

hi friends, recently my motherboard crashed and im planning to get new one. Can any one suggest me good motherboard that will support graphic cards that can run some of the latest games like GTA V , just cause 3, far cry 3 etc. You can suggest me any graphics card model as well. FOR now this is my PC specs: Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu E7500 @2.93 Ghz
Motherboard: ???? :(
RAM: 2gb DDr2 (planning to upgrade to ddr3 if its compatiable)
PSU: 450Watt Pentium 4 atx 2.03
HDD: currently 320GB(will upgrade)

ALSO saw one offer online: Intel Core i3 Processor 2.93 GHz + intel h55-1156 chipset motherboard + 4 Gb ddr3 in good price. WILL GOOD GRAPHICS CARDS SUPPORT THIS MOTHERBOARD OR PROCESSOR TO RUN LATEST GAMES??? PLEASE HELP SUGGEST. THANKS ONCE AGAIN

With such a tiny budget, I'd say you should just save up more. You'd be looking at an APU, if we were doing it in dollars.

Not a build I'd buy myself, really. It's not even completed and still blows the budget, haha. APUs are nice because they have a

CPU and GPU in one unit. But other parts are still needed, as you can see.

You won't be able to upgrade your motherboard without upgrading other parts too. In short, unless you find some ancient motherboard, you will have to upgrade your CPU and RAM as well. If you have a budget, we may be able to help. But you're definitely not just looking for a new motherboard. You're looking for a new CPU and new RAM too. On a budget, an i3 is very powerful; although not with that particular motherboard chipset that you found. Again, if you can put for some kind of budget, we can help you probably. 4GB RAM is sort of okay, but ideally you should have at least 8GB if you're into gaming. You'll likely also need to upgrade your PSU.
