I am having some flickering issues with my SLI setup.

Troubleshooting:
I used Eurosoft PC Diagnostics to run a graphics burn-in test on both video cards and they ran flawlessly. I ran an entire system diagnostic to test HDD, RAM, CPU, etc... and it all passed. I had both cards evaluated by EVGA and they did not find anything wrong with them. I had the motherboard replaced via Amazon once, and evaluated by Gigabyte. The issue was exactly the same with both motherboards. I've tried 3 different SLI bridges.
What else can I do?

VGA: 2x EVGA GTX 760
