I have the CD, Code, USB drive , an extra laptop with an optical drive.. all the stuff I need to get this working.

Now the question I have is... HOW?

I know how to boot it from the device, but I left out on a crucial part of the process.. leading to an error stating the following::

"Disk I/O error
Replace the disk, and then press any key"

The part I left out included something around an ISO program for Windows 7.

I found the guides far too confusing and the links were outdated / nonexistent , so I assumed that simply copy pasting over the files from the disk to my USB drive (on another computer obviously) would work. In fact , it doesn't. \T^T/

So honestly, I'm looking for the proper way to get my windows 7 disk onto my USB drive (it is 16 gigs , past the necessary 4 gigs required, so no issue there)

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Solution
Try this fix:

Remove all partitions on the drive (no need to launch diskpart, you can just use the partition selection screen)
Unplug the USB drive.
Click Next. You will get:
Windows is unable to install to the selected location. Error: 0x80300001.
Replug the USB drive.
Click Refresh.
Click Next.

Okay.
I've gotten the ISO file made using a program that converts the data on my windows 7 disk. From there I took the ISO file and converted it to my USB stick using Rufus .. I double checked on all the things I did and they all seemed to be OK.

However , when I try booting up from the hard disk after setting it up through the bios, it starts up the windows 7 installation process and eventually leads me to making the partitions.

When it asks me where I want to install Windows, I choose my 1TB hard drive and select next, only to see an error that says the following::

"Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition. See the Setup log files for more information"

I honestly believe it may have to do with what I put in to boot up first .. as the iso file was made and converted to the USB drive properly. Please help. :)
