I'm getting high temps & frame drops/choppy frame rates on games as summer started to hit.
My room temp is 32~35C. My CPU runs on 60C while idle/web browsing & 70C while game. On winter (20C room temp) my system used to run smoothly on around 25~30C(idle) & 55~60C on gaming. Nothing in my rig is changed & I'm having issues as soon as the room temp started to rise. FYI I clean my case every month & thermal paste is just about 1 month old.
BTW I'm never getting over 55C on my GPU even on summer. HDD stays at 40C.
I need suggestions. Should I change cooling system(currently on stock cooler)? or should I change case cooling system? Currently I have 2 sickleflow 120mm, 1 on front (intake) & 1 back (exhaust). If I need a CPU cooler, would a sealed liquid cooling give me noticeable benefit over a air cooler?
Thanks in advance. Please help me out guys.
Here's my system configuration:
CPU: Intel Core i3 - 4150 @ 3.5GHz (Stock cooler)
GPU: STRIX GTX 750 Ti OC
RAM: Twinmos 4GBx2
HDD: Toshiba 500GB + 1TB
MOBO: ASUS B85M - Gamer
PSU: Thermaltake Litepower 450
CASE: Armageddon Nanotron T1x
