I'm getting high temps & frame drops/choppy frame rates on games as summer started to hit.

My room temp is 32~35C. My CPU runs on 60C while idle/web browsing & 70C while game. On winter (20C room temp) my system used to run smoothly on around 25~30C(idle) & 55~60C on gaming. Nothing in my rig is changed & I'm having issues as soon as the room temp started to rise. FYI I clean my case every month & thermal paste is just about 1 month old.

BTW I'm never getting over 55C on my GPU even on summer. HDD stays at 40C.

I need suggestions. Should I change cooling system(currently on stock cooler)? or should I change case cooling system? Currently I have 2 sickleflow 120mm, 1 on front (intake) & 1 back (exhaust). If I need a CPU cooler, would a sealed liquid cooling give me noticeable benefit over a air cooler?

Thanks in advance. Please help me out guys.

Here's my system configuration:
CPU: Intel Core i3 - 4150 @ 3.5GHz (Stock cooler)
GPU: STRIX GTX 750 Ti OC
RAM: Twinmos 4GBx2
HDD: Toshiba 500GB + 1TB
MOBO: ASUS B85M - Gamer
PSU: Thermaltake Litepower 450
CASE: Armageddon Nanotron T1x

Your overheating problem doesn't make sense.
My CPU runs about 57°C above room temperature on full load
Your CPU has only 2 cores, so with the stock cooler at full load, you should only be 30°C above room temperature...

Your i3 should run a lot cooler than that. I am running a slightly overclocked i5 on the stock cooler without problems, admittedly in a room that is only at 18C
Two case fans is plenty for your CPU and GPU
I suspect that you didn't clip the cooler completely into your motherboard a month ago - those clips are pretty fiddly.
BTW, thermal paste lasts years and years, and the expensive brands of paste perform almost the same as the standard stuff.

Thank you for your response but the clips are okay. I rechecked it just now.

just like you, I used to run the system just fine when my room temp was 18~20'C. I'm only having problems when my room temp raised up to 33'C.
I'm thinking if a CPU cooler will help but worrying about how much difference it will make as the outside already pretty hot.
Do you have any possible solution?

Your CPU has only 2 cores, so with the stock cooler at full load, you should only be 30°C above room temperature. Therefore your temperatures when gaming in winter were only a little over what I expected, and you should still be OK in summer.
The dead giveaway is the idle temperature. You should be only a little above room temperature at idle. 60C at idle means your cooler is not working properly. This is why I assumed you had made a mistake when fitting it... Other possibilities are incorrectly applied thermal paste or a defective CPU!
