Is this a good pc build for what I'm looking for?

Ok so I currently have a low budget pc and I want to build a new one and sell off the old one. It's going to be roughly £1000 ($1400ish). I'm looking for a QUIET pc, as quiet as possible essentially . I want it to do video editing easily, 1080p 60fps gaming if possible and be able to handle me doing lots at once.

Specs:

Intel i7 6700k
Be quiet! Dark rock pro 3 fan
Msi z170a mobo
Corsair vengeance 16gb RAM
Samsung 850 evo 500gb ssd
Msi gtx 970
Thermal take suppressor f51 case
Corsair cx750w psu

Thoughts and improvements would be much appreciated :)

An extra quick question:

1) in my current pc I have a 1tb hdd with all of my program's on it, would it be possible to put it on my new pc and have all of the same program's?

Thanks :)

Solution
replace the cx power supply with a better unit. look at the toms hardware power supply tier list. if you can wait till june for the build the newer pascal gpu will be out. on programs your better off backing up your personal data and then reloading the aps. some people try cloning there drives sometimes it works sometime not.

thanks for the feedback, any recommendations for the power unit because I can't find any good articles on psu's here. Will this new gpu be worth waiting for over the 970 and will I have to rebuy certain programs such as windows or sony movie studio, and things like that?

also, what will I do with my current hdd, just sell it with the rest of my current pc?
