Does this Dell case, support mini ITX motherboards?

Hey guys, I'm currently sorting out my Grandad's PC, and it's in dire need of a new CPU, and more RAM, already have an SSD laying around I can throw in, but I need to put a new motherboard in there. Was just wondering if there's anyone out there that knows if these support mini ITX motherboards, or if there's a way I can tell for sure before I go out and buy one. Image bellow.

I managed to pick up a PC for £8 with a core 2 duo, on an MSI n1996, and that was in a decent condition Packard bell case, it's all good now, my grandad is really happy with the results c: Thanks anyway mate.
