Hello.
I have an SSD as my main driver, but i also have a HDD for storage. They are both internal and will not be removed from my PC. So im wondering, can i copy my program files (x86) from my SSD over to my HDD and then delete my Progam files (x86) on my SSD?

You have 2 things - Files and Programs

Files - music, doc, video, etc
These can be moved easily.

Programs - These are applications. MS Office, your browser, some graphics application. These cannot be moved easily.

You cannot (nor should you) copy your 'Program Files (x86)' from one drive to another. Many things will break.

What you really want to do is covered here:
Win 7 & 8: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1834397/ssd-redirecting-static-files.html
Win 8.1 & 10: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2024314/windows-redirecting-folders-drives.html

Yo can move them, but I don't think that's going to do what you intend. Exactly what are you trying to achieve? You want your installed programs to be in the HDD instead of the SSD? If so, it's not that simple. You'd have to reinstall the OS and then change the system environment variable of Program Files x86 and Program Files to point to a folder in the HDD, then reinstall all your software. It's possible to do it in your situation, but I'm sure many programs will not work after that. Also, there are some of them that you cannot move, such as all of Microsoft's built in programs.

I wrote this article a while ago that doesn't exactly have your situation, but it can help you understand how having a SSD and a HDD in a single computer can work better regarding storage allocation.

Just ignore everything about the optical drive and caddy, just skip to the part where I explain how to remap personal folders. Note that I don't explain how to move software, as I do not recommend it. It's because if for some reason you have to remove the hard drive, you'll run into all kinds of problems with installed software. If you only move personal folders, the worst case scenario is that some programs might get their settings reset or stuff like that, but they'll still work.
