Ok, so my laptop ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/v2a47w6qkeboo8b/Screenshot_2016-03-12-10-32-16.jpg?dl=0 )<screenshot of all it's technical details only thing different is i have win10.... couple days ago the what i now pin pointed is the fan started making a slight ruttering noise occasionally. i opened it up blew the entire gut clean there's no debris or dust in there at all i didn't see anything loose or dirty, I'm not familiar with how insides of laptops look but. 1)the fan looked like plastic when it gets weak like that iconic white mark you see when u bend a plastic on the under side of the fan its still smooth looking but its not black like the rest of the fan on the very tip of its edges along the length of its blades. 2) the backing of the laptop on the inside looked like heat was i don't know traveling away from what i think is the motherboard (the giant green circuit chip? ) leaving like a tarnished heat spread on the laptop backing on the inside. 3) there appeared to be some sort of copper finisher on some parts of the insides backing but doesn't look like it was needed seeing as though it looked like it was done by spray paint just for looks and finally 4) the copper coil? that leads to and from the fan and such seems tarnished a bit like someone took a knife to it i rubbed my hand over it to feel it and it felt literally like every other copper pipes I've touched. So With all that being said there's no drops in how the laptop works it doesn't slow down or anything and today it started buzzing like game controller feedback i shut the laptop off and stuck it in front of a window ac unit it felt like it needed it. Please help i don't want my laptop to become trash and I'm at a lost of info on parts and such i don't want to pay a fortune on some guy that's probably gonna just replace the fan and send me home. Im a smart cookie so if i get some solid answers and directions I'm sure I could do whatever is needed on my own please and thank you. DANG also I've had it for about 9 months and i only started gaming on it recently but more often then i should i have always forgot to turn the pc off before i sleep. Sorry for long post and lack of spacing and such my tablet sucks and i wanted to cover all details

Solution
It seems I was too fast and the manual I mentioned is for N series, not U.
This should be correct one for 15-u110dx
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04513489
page 55 (pdf, actual document 45) says fan is part 778793-001
it gives more your fan looking results:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/778793-001-Hp-15-u483cl-Cooling-Fan-Grade-A-/162000656355?hash=item25b7fdd7e3:g:NG4AAOSwZ8ZW3iYS
http://www.amazon.com/Sparepart-HP-Inc-Fan-778793-001/dp/B018S5NE5G (no image, seems to be common thing with this part also almost double price of ebay one)

in any case, now with correct part number, you should get the correct product.
I will assume that it is no longer under warranty since you opened it and took it apart. (most of time that would void the warranty)

Well, easy thing to do, since you already took it all apart, would be to turn it on while it is open and try to find out what causes the noise/vibration.
This of course implies that it is possible without the laptop exploding apart due to loose screws or something.
only moving parts that I can think of are: Hard disk and fan. (specs you posted didn't include cd/dvd drive)
Replacing the fan might be easy enough fix and likely not even all that expensive, provided you can find the same fan on the market.

I hadn't even thought of the warranty... Oops i panicked lol i mean i mapped everything out before, during and after opening it up and made sure i didn't do anything more than blast air into every crevice Possible and gently inspect things without to much movement. Next time it starts doing the controller feedback buzzing sound i'll try to pin point where it is without panicking and shutting it off lol whatever it was, it made my keyboard vibrate and freaked me out:/ i just want to heal my baby before its trash

Well, once it does the vibration thing, I think trying to pinpoint where the vibration originates (is strongest at) is the key to finding the culprit.
You have by now seen where under the hood (or in this case, keyboard) the fan and hard disk reside, making the pinpointing easier.

My current bet is on the fan, for the sole reason that fans tend to speed up if it gets hot and if it's bearings are going bad, it might work on slow speeds but starts going nuts on faster speeds.

Yea that sounds about right like its all fine and such when I'm surfing the web or using regular games from Microsoft store etc etc. but when i turn higher grade games or other higher things on from at the moment steam Or run something like a scan the thing goes bonkers till i shut that item off and its a immediate reaction hopefully its just the fan acting wonky i don't wanna start buying a bunch of new components to replace things.

I found my problem it is the fan its busted i opened the laptop turned it on waited and boom fan ruttered, did the buzzing and all. I don't know Jack about these fans but the fan was buzzing while it was spinning then it just stopped and i hope i don't have extra problems but the LED light on the side turned red its usually blinking white while its processing things but soon as the fan went haywire it lit up red... that doesn't mean something worse right? Just means it read the fan failure?

well... good news and bad news..
http://www.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04439615.pdf lists fan as authorized repair service provider only, doing it yourself would void warranty.
It also lists fan as HP part 732068-001
It's removal is shown in manual too though, page 98 on pdf file (actual numbered page 88)

In any case, said fan part is found by google by googling for: HP part 732068-001
http://www.laptopking.com/kingpartdetails.asp?ref=735&category=fan
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-732068-001-Hp-15-N211DX-FAN-/171772710853
http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/Laptop-Fan-For-HP-Pavilion-14-n000-15-n000-732068-001-736218-001-BSB0705HC-DC20-5v/1687287_32280882042.html
and million more, price and relialibility of sellers likely vary

That is, supposedly, I've not seen the fan in question so I have no idea if it is the actual same fan. part number matches though so I think it is same.

Seee so like um lol i was "popping the hood" and accidentally damaged one of the little brackets on the thing the fan is blowing on and uhh my curiosity made me pop the metal plate off the opposite side of where the wires are like i thought maybe it could just use a little oil but there's only circuits and wiring inside at first glance lol xD and um it wont go back on lol it seems to have been held on by extremely thin melted plastic sooo at this point I'm sure I've stepped on urinated on and tore up my warranty and chucked it into the rush hour freeway lol well all in all thanks for the help i live and learn its been great now i gotta hunt for a new fan oh and that is the actual product number i haven't placed the keyboard on entirely gonna let it stay off a little it'll help me still use my laptop and keep it cooler and give me easy access to manually jump start the fan when it stops:/

the "melted plastic" is most likely thermal compound helping the heat transfer better. If it is inside the fan casing, replacing the whole fan thing will fix it.
unless you removed the heatsink assembly itself (mentioned right after the fan in the manual) It would also need replacing, finding the correct one might be more tricky since it depends on processor type.
It is also possible that it could be fixed by replacing the thermal compound only. You can find thermal compounds everywhere and.. how to remove old remnants (it's important) and how to apply new stuff.
