Need Help getting new Motherboard

I see your CPU is an old socket 939 and finding a new motherboard is going to be next to impossible to find. You can find used ones but the better boards still come at a premium. Not to mention you might be dealing with overseas sellers. I'd bite the bullet and rebuild with a new motherboard, Cpu, Ram, and power supply. Almost 10 years is a good run for what you had.
