Ok some have asked this before and I've never really seen a clear answer on the subject. So to start I have a Phanteks Enthoo Luxe case and an H110i GTX. I'm going to be replacing the fans, for the radiator I'm looking at these Noctua NF-P14s redux-1500 PWM, SSO Bearing Fan http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608065 . For the front intake I'm looking at a pair of COUGAR CF-V14HB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553007 since they'll have an unobstructed air way towards my GPU. If there are better fans than the Cougars that will work the same please let me know.

The onboard fan controller that came with the case while nice, I would like to have a front panel controller similar to this Thermaltake Commander F6 RGB LCD 6 Channel http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811998156 . Most of the fan controllers I have seen have either green or blue LED's. I have the lighting on the case set to red, along with the motherboard LED's and my keyboard back lighting (trying to keep the theme going here). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated for either the fans, front panel fan controller or both.

If you want the rest of my specs see my sig. That PSU though will be getting replaced in roughly 3wks with either an EVGA SuperNOVA 220-P2-0850-X1 or EVGA 220-P2-1000-XR

Solution
I'm using the Lamptron FC5V3. Many color options for display, temp probes, 30W per channel. Works great for my needs, though you do need a Molex 4pin connector for power. Still, I have no problems recommending it.
