I have a Midi keyboard, Novation Launchkey 61. My Desktop pc configuration are as below:
OS: Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1
Processor: Intel Core i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz
RAM: 8 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System
Audio type: ATI Radeon HDMI
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97-D3H
Every time I connect my Midi keyboard I get this "USB device nbot recognized" message. I have connected other devices like external hard-disk and a Bluetooth device it detects, but not my Midi keyboard. When the device is connected and in Device Manager under 'Universal Serial Bus controllers', it shows as "Unknown device".
Could I please get a solution for the same. Thanks in advance.
