So this is what happened.
Four weeks ago I updated the BIOS of my computer (Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-z87x-ud4h),
after that update my computer began to restart at a random moment between 2 and 30 minutes after startup.
Approximately a week after that it stopped and i could use my computer normally again.
Then a week later they came to change the electricity meter so I had to shut down my computer.
After electricity was back I restarted the computer and it began to restart randomly again.
When it restarts there is no blue screen or anything, it's as if it resets.
I looked for answers on the internet and one answer that keeps popping up is power supply,
but if it was the power supply it should also restart when i'm in the bios or before I login but it doesn't.
It's only after login in, while running a program or not, that it "resets".
Does anyone know a fix for this problem?

I thought of that but the version I had on it was pretty old, I never thought of doing a bios update before.
It had version F5 and the update installed version F9.
I can't find version F5 on the web so is there an other way of downgrading it?

So I tried what you suggested but when I try to install a lower BIOS version it says that it is outdated and won't let me update it.
