So I was playing with my RAM frequency in the BIOS and I mistakenly set my ram voltage to 1.65V (it's rated at 1.5V) and now I'm getting IO1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED when booting Windows. Have I killed my RAM? I've already tried Startup Repair and booting into another OS. I've got a 4690k, ASRock Z97X Killer and 8GB HyperX Savage 1866mhz CL9 RAM. I ran a Windows memory test and it came out ok.
