Buying a new Gaming laptop.

also is their something better? and i DO NOT want a pc desktop... believe me i already have one.
and can i hook up 3 4k monitors to this laptop? and play nvidia surround?

The first one will be a better performer as it has a desktop class 980 SLI setup.
That being said, it would barely run a single 4K monitor well, let alone 3.

A single 980Ti is about the minimum you want for 4k, and you really want two of them in SLI if you want steady FPS above 45.
That laptop is running two 980s in SLI.

Low settings it would be around 60 or higher, but low settings on 4k is not very logical. You would be much better off with a 1440p screen with high-ultra settings, and even then three of them would be hard to run.

They are locked at 30FPs. However, they are also upscaled and on lower settings. They only run games in 720p.

I would say maybe, depending on the game.
However, I would stick to a single 4k monitor if I were you. You need some serious desktop hardware to do 4k surround, and even then it struggles.
