Additional Comments: My current build is 4 1/2 years old, except for the GPU which I got a little over a year ago. That's why I feel it's time to start making some upgrades. Right now I generally play Diablo 3, and have had some issues with my computer freezing for about 4-5 seconds at a time when things get very 'crowded' in the game. I plan to purchase Blizzard's new Overwatch when it comes out. I'm not currently planning on playing any other games, unless there's a very popular MMO that comes out in the near future.

The reason I only listed CPU and MOBO is because I'm in the process of troubleshooting a no display issue, but it's getting so frustrating that I'd rather just upgrade since I feel it's about that time anyway. Thanks in advance for the help.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Answered above

You can keep the HDD, PSU (as long as it isn't ACAA-E3), and CPU cooler. If the PSU is that bad model number, then I suggest buying an EVGA SuperNova *B2* 750W. ONLY buy the B2 model!

It is an ACAA-E3. What's wrong with it? I haven't had problems with it over the last 4+ years, but of course there could be something it's doing wrong that I'm unaware of.

Also, is my GeForce GTX 750 Ti outdated that you're suggesting a new GPU?

Lastly, I was hoping to go with an Intel/Nvidia setup.

Thanks!

Crap. It is a bad one then and can most likely not do 450W. Its not outdated, just weak. Okay, sure.

Awesome, thanks... guess I'll get a new PSU since it's one of the less expensive parts anyway. I just want to ask again: is it absolutely necessary for me to upgrade my current GPU?

Realized those items are DDR3 - I think at this point I want to upgrade to DDR4, so whatever cpu/mobo fit that. I will definitely go with the SSD and PSU that beloved patriot suggested.
