gts 250 to hd 6850 worth?

Hi, im planning to upgrade my gpu from xfx gts 250 512mb to gigabyte hd 6850 1gb (gv-r685oc-1gd). Is it a good upgrade, don't tell me about all the gtx 750ti's, just tell me about this upgrade. My rig: intel i3 4170 3.7ghz,4gb ram,430w psu.

Keep in mind that this card is pre GCN so it is not even supported in the newest AMD drivers anymore (they do have windows 10 drivers for it so not the end of the world) so new games will not have driver tweaks for this card at all. If you are using it for older games then it will be fine. Just don't expect to get the GPU performance of a modern generation card as this card is much slower. It is a big jump from the GTX250.
