My budget is not more than 60000 INR

750ti is 13200 and 950 is 3000 extra

I'd really appreciate your suggestion about improvement.

Here is my budget.

CPU 15-16000
Mobo 6000
Card 13000
RAM 7000
HDD 6000
PSU 4000
CPU Fan 2500
Decent Cabinet 3000

Should I go for DDR4 RAM?

At this point, I would go with ddr4 ram. You have the budget for i5, and a gtx 950. Just need to shop a bit better, and not spend needlessly in areas that you don't need to.

Is Cooler Master CPU Fan not need?

Is MSI superior than ASUS Cards ?

And I think ITDepot don't ship all over India or do they, I'm nearby Delhi NCR
Nehru Place markets I don't trust, always warranty problems.

Tbh I want to do some search before spending my money, thanks for the suggestion anyway

You do not need that fan, but I added a less expensive cooler, that is still plenty, anyway. I am not sure about shipping. I know many of our India users use, Itdepot, flipkart, and snapdeal. You may want to shop around a bit. MSI, EVGA, and Asus all make good cards. The GTX 950 is quite a bit better than a 750ti, and the MSI one allowed me to stay in budget. If you are forced to choose between an i5, with a 750ti, and an i3 6100 and a GTX 950/960/R9 380, choose the i3 combo instead. Gaming, the GPU matters more, and the i3 6100 can hold its own quite well.

I might ask itdepot about shipment as flipkart rates are high for each product to 1000 and all are out of stock too.
Snapdeal I don't trust them.

This isn't for gaming only, I'd be doing Solidworks too some movie editing also.
I need quad core and old 4th gen i5 prices are similar to i5 6th generation.
Rig is strictly for 768p resolution and that's why dont want to spend too much on card.

So If I go with this rig MSI to be exact, can I play all Call of Duty & NFS games ? I know I can easily at 768p
Tbh any game will be easily played.

Budget was 50k lol stretched to 60k. I won't be spending more money on rig for at least 5+ years :p lol
That's why asking too much

As I'm having a 4 TB storage already, 1 TB external so I thought its not good to invest for a HDD now. And I'm thinking to get gtx 960 instead which I in the first place was ignoring lol.

I'll get ASUS 960, at itdepot there are two cards one black and one strix what's the difference.

Also these cards need additional PCI cables. Does the PSU you suggested have additional PCI-E Cable or what ?

I've never assembled desktop before a guide or anything related would surely help.

Yes, you could partition up that 4tb, and use that for now, and get an SSD later.

The Seasonic 520w will have the PCI-E cables you need.

If going with a 960, and you can afford it, get a 4gb model, MSI or Asus will do.

Newegg has how to videos, for building a PC.

Yes I watched newegg video, DIY Garage on i7 6700 & gtx 970 card I guess.

I'm getting seasonic cx 750w psu and ditching CPU cooler as I'm not overclocking mobo and with that all my queries are resolved now.

So my build will be

MSI H110 Gaming mobo
i5 6500
ASUS GTX 960
G skill 16 GB RAM
Seasonic cx 750 w psu
Deepcool case

Thanks for the help, it really helped me a lot

That video should provide the information you need. Intel systems pretty much have been the same, install wise, for quite some time. Aftermarket coolers can vary the install a bit, but those come with instructions, for installation.

AMD rigs are not much different to assemble, just a different socket and heatsink design. They still both only line up one way. The basics for ram, PSU, GPU are the same though.

At the pricepoint you're looking at I'd personally go with a r7 370 for the GPU , its some 3000 inr less than the 960 & at 768p it will just about max any game anyway.

PSU - you only need 500w max , at an absolute minimum look at the antec vp550, its tier 3 but at least reliable - a seasonic would obviously be better but more expensive

750w is way more than you need. That 520w Seasonic is plenty. Even if you wanted some upgrade headroom, the 620w version is enough for most single card setups.

I wouldn't go with the R7 370 either, as it is older, and slower. It is a rebadge of a rebadge. The GPU itself is nearly 4yrs old. The GTX 950 is a better buy, than a 370. It is faster, and uses less power, also.

This is my rig and the parts I purchased

Intel Core i5 6th Gen 6500 3.2 GHz Processor
Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 Red LED Mid Tower Gaming Case
Seasonic M12II 750 Bronze 750W Modular Power Supply (SS-750AM2)
G.skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 2133MHz Desktop RAM (F4-2133C15D-16GVR)
Asus B150 PRO GAMING AURA 64GB DDR4 Intel Motherboard
Asus 24x Sata Internal DVD Writer (DRW-24D5MTO)
Asus Geforce GTX960 2GB DDR5 Nvdia PCI E Graphic Card (STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-2GD5)
Asus B150-PRO-GAMING-AURA 64GB DDR4 Intel Motherboard

I tested some games, Call of Duty Back Ops, Black Ops 2, Modern Warfare 3, Ghosts & Need For Speed Most Wanted 2012
All games were styaing at avg 60FPS not more than that while playing
In Modern Warfare 3 avg FPS was 45

I'm running gmaes on 1366 x 768 resolution with all settings to high

Am I missing something coz I think FPS should be more.

I faced some issues with Drivers 1st then I sorted it somehow
Is there anything I can do to tweak the GTX 960

PS: Will test Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, Black Ops 3, GTA V, FIFA 13 sooner.

^ this is absolutely true - I would expect a solid 60fps on mw3 though.unless that 45fps is multiplayer which would be normal.

In nvidia geforce driver settings set vsync to adaptive (this should you not be able to maintain 60fps solid will ensure fps drops are minimal below 60fps)

In mw3 settings ensure image quality is set to native , other options are for supersampling & will degrade performance.
