Sometimes, my laptop freezes when I open up audio files or some programs. When the laptop freezes, the last frequence/sound is looped. There are no errors in Event Viewer and the freezes don't result in blue-screens so i can't force windows to make dumps to find out what is the problem.
Also, I don't think this is an hardware problem because I had the same issue some time ago and I had to restore the system back to factory settings. Now it's happening again after 4 months, please help.
