Which one should I buy? R9 280x or Gtx 960 or R9 380

Wouldn't the R9 380 be better then since I hear that DX12 support will help in future games

As of now......they will perform rather similar and . It comes down to your budget honestly. It's going to take some time to implement the full DX12 and we are talking probably 2 years and by then these 2 cards will only play future games at medium which most of the people don't like. I never kept a GPU for longer than 2 years.

I hear that games such as Mirror's Edge and Deus Ex will be using DX12, and the 380 will cost me less since I wouldn't need to have as beefy of a PSU. Would u still recommend the 280x? If so I will be buying it.

I don't have a PSU yet, but the 380 recommends 550w and the 280x recommends 750w, so I was gonna get a XFX TS PSU of 550w or 750w respectively.
