R7 what video card exactly? There are several in that model range from pretty slow to pretty fast. If it's a new build, I would not get the A8 CPU, you are paying extra for onboard video if you will be getting another video card. Or are you just planning on using the A8 onboard video?

AMD A8 X4 7650K 3,3 GHz quad core
8GB 2x4GB 2133mhz
Integrated R7 7650K
Seagate 160gb HDD *cough* D:
(cant think of a cheap psu)
In my opinion this build will run with more than playable FPS since my CURRENT build is
Intel Celeron single core 2ghz
2gb ddr2 800mhz
GeForce 9800 gt 512mb
