I have an intel core I 7 5500U and I would want to know if turbo boost is activated or not. I know my laptop supports it but I have no intel turbo boost software and I don't even know if it is working{intel turbo boost}. and where I could download the software to run it

Turbo Boost isn't software you can download, it's part of your system's firmware, by default it usually is turned on. Go into your laptop's BIOS, go to the CPU settings and you should see something labelled 'Intel Turbo Boost Technology' and it will say Enabled or Disabled.

It will only boost when it needs to and it is not too hot, it is fully automatic and nothing needs to be done to activate it
